Returns FAQ
If you wish to return an item you purchased directly from a Cascade Designs brand website, it must be returned within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping returns back to us. All returned items must be in new condition. Please be sure no dirt, grass or pet hair is on the item you are returning.
If you’d like to exchange your product for something else the best thing to do is return the item for a full refund and place a new order for the product you want at the same time.
To make the return/exchange process super speedy, it all starts with creating an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) for your item.
Make sure you have your order number handy. It will be present in your order and shipping confirmation emails.
Once you have your order number, click the button below to get started.
Package the item you are returning or exchanging and attach the shipping label which includes your RMA number to the outside of the box. For a return we will issue a refund to the card that was used to pay for the item. Sales tax will not show as a refund until after your product has been processed in our system.
Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Cascade Designs cannot replace items lost during return shipping if proof of tracking is unavailable.
It generally takes 3 to 5 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse for your return to be processed. Once the return is processed you will get an email confirmation.
